We are taking a systematic and obsessive approach to testing every single home on the planet, and accepting only the top 1%.

We launched 18 months ago in London. Since, we have vetted over 80,000 homes and on track to reach over £10m in annualised sales. We recently closed our Series A round of funding (with an all-star group of investors) and are now taking Plum global. We launched Paris in March and now have Rome, Milan, New York & Los Angeles in our sights...

The role

To launch a new city we need a collection of amazing homes & hosts. This role is part of a London based team responsible for acquiring the best hosts with the most beautiful homes in New York & LA.

  • You will hunt down B2C & B2B leads online then get them on the phone to pitch the benefits of Plum.

  • You will obsess over your conversion rates through each stage of the sales funnel, constantly trying new approaches to improve them. And inspire the team around you to do the same.

  • In the long term your success will be measured on the financial performance & guest enjoyment of the collection of homes you acquire - the same two metrics our investors obsess over, that’s how important this role is.

Relevant qualities

  1. You will LOVE sales, and believe strongly that 80% of sales are made after the 5th follow-up. Your people skills will enable you to easily engage prospects in conversation over the phone & email.

  2. You will get turned on by an insane challenge with ambitious targets. Working at Plum will make you an expert in what an extremely fast paced business does to roll-out new markets & maximise its funding goals. If that sounds a bit scary, this isn’t for you.

  3. You expect problems to arise daily and are a natural at solving them without breaking sweat. You’ll also inspire that attitude in the team around you.

Compensation
